Studio Booking Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all studio bookings, venue rentals, and event packages purchased from 360ISM Studios. By completing a booking or payment you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by them.

1. Scope of Booking

Online booking calendars are available exclusively for standard hourly photography sessions.

All other activities, including but not limited to video productions, events, parties, workshops, classes, podcasts, livestreams, commercial productions, special set builds, or any non-standard use, are not eligible for direct calendar booking and require submission of an inquiry form for approval, pricing, and scheduling. Bookings submitted outside of their approved scope may be cancelled without refund.

2. No Same-Day Bookings

Same-day bookings are not permitted under any circumstances. All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability and studio approval.

3. Final Sale and No Refund Policy

All non-membership bookings are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, client or talent availability, weather conditions, equipment issues, creative changes, or failure to review these Terms and Conditions.

Once a booking is completed, payment is non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to studio approval and availability. If approved, additional rescheduling fees will apply based on notice provided and calendar impact.

Multiple reschedule requests may result in forfeiture of the booking without refund. Failure to appear for a scheduled booking constitutes a forfeited booking with no credit or refund.

5. Start Time and Punctuality

All bookings begin at the scheduled start time, not at the time of arrival. Late arrival does not extend the booking window and does not qualify for time credits or partial refunds.

All setup, breakdown, and cleanup must occur within the booked time.

6. Inquiry-Based Activities

Activities requiring submission of an inquiry form include, but are not limited to, video or film production, events or gatherings, workshops, group instruction, podcast or audio recording, commercial productions, or use of special equipment or sets.

Bookings submitted without completing the required inquiry process may be cancelled without refund.

7. Add-Ons and Package Suitability

Certain sets, equipment, and services are available only with specific packages. Rain, bathtub, bed, swing, lyra, and chains setups are not available during events for space, water, safety, and guest-access reasons. Fog effects remain subject to building and fire-alarm restrictions.

360ISM reserves the right to decline any add-on that is unsuitable or unsafe for the booked activity.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. The client accepts responsibility for ensuring compliance by all members of their party.

9. Right to Refuse or Cancel

The studio reserves the right to refuse service, deny access, or cancel any booking that violates these Terms and Conditions or misrepresents the nature of the booking. Cancellations resulting from policy violations are non-refundable.

10. Modifications

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of booking shall govern the agreement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
