Booking

How do I book the studio?

Call or text 804-404-5670 or email info@360ism.com with your date, time, and project type. We’ll confirm availability, rates, and any add-ons.

Is a deposit required?

A deposit or full payment may be required to reserve your booking window. Details are confirmed when you book.

Hours & Access

What are your hours?

Bookings are scheduled by appointment during approved windows. Let us know your preferred time and we’ll confirm availability.

360ism Studios & Event Center, 1108 E. Main St, Suite 220, Richmond, VA 23219.

What’s Included

What comes with the space?

Professional studio lighting and modifiers, natural light, creative backdrops and themed sets, a makeup/styling area, projector room, and lounge seating. Equipment rentals and production support are available.

Can I bring my own gear or team?

Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own equipment, assistants, models, and stylists within the space’s capacity and guidelines.

Events

Can I host a party or corporate event?

Absolutely — we host social events, pop-ups, activations, and corporate offsites. Ask about themed sets and concierge add-ons.

Cancellations

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation and reschedule terms are provided with your booking confirmation. Reach out as early as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Membership

How does the Photographer Access Membership work?

It’s a 90-day program that unlocks discounted hourly rates during approved booking windows. It is not a free-hours package — studio time is booked and paid separately. See the membership page for details.
