At 360ism Studios, we keep booking simple. Instead of endless add-ons and confusing rates, we’ve built a few flagship packages that cover most creative needs in our space: content days, full productions, private events, and podcast + studio experiences.

Booking Notes
All bookings require full payment to hold your date.
Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments if the schedule allows.

Creator Day Pass
A 4-hour studio block for photographers and content creators.
The Creator Day Pass is designed for photographers and content creators who need a polished studio environment without event-level pricing. Bring your camera, book your clients, and build content with access to curated sets, furniture, and basic lighting.
Time Block:
4-hour studio session
Weekday (Mon–Thu): $279
Weekend (Fri–Sun): $329
Overtime (if available): $85/hr, billed in 30-minute increments

When you’re building something bigger—a campaign, video, lookbook, or multi-look shoot—you need more time, more sets, and more flexibility. The Production Day package gives brands, musicians, agencies, and teams a controlled environment to execute real work.

Turn 360ism Studios into your own private event space. The Event Night Package gives you a clean, straightforward block that covers setup, event time, and cleanup—ideal for album releases, listening parties, birthday events, pop-ups, and more.

Alcohol & Bartender Policy (Virginia — BYO Only)
To serve alcohol at our (unlicensed) studio for a private, invitation-only event, please obtain a Virginia ABC Banquet License and email us a copy before your event date. You’ll apply online through Virginia ABC’s VAL portal (select Banquet), upload your event invite (if available) and our facility rental agreement, and choose complimentary service (no cash bar). The license is $40 and ABC notes 7–10 days processing, so please apply early.
No cash bars or alcohol sales are permitted on site. All alcohol must be host-provided and served for personal consumption only, in accordance with Virginia law.
Bartender Add-On (Service Only)
- Professional bartender to pour beer/wine and make simple mixed drinks using your alcohol
- Will check IDs and may refuse service to intoxicated or under-21 guests
- House rule: no self-serve bars
- Rate: $100/hour (2-hour minimum)
- Includes seltzer, assorted juices, lemons, limes, cherries
- Tips are customary and appreciated

- (If applicable) a Virginia ABC Banquet License for your private event. Processing typically takes 7–10 days, so please plan ahead.
