360ism Studios — Fair-Use Policy

(Annual Memberships: Creator & Professional)

Purpose
360ism Studios Annual Memberships are designed to provide consistent, professional access to the studio while ensuring availability and fairness for all members, renters, and events. Fair-use guidelines exist to protect the creative environment—not to limit creativity.

General Fair-Use Principles

Membership access is granted with the expectation that usage will be:

• Reasonable

• Professional

• Respectful of shared space and schedules

• Aligned with the spirit of an annual membership

360ism Studios reserves the right to interpret and enforce fair-use standards to maintain operational balance.

Booking & Usage Guidelines

1. Monthly Hour Allocation

• Creator Annual: Up to 10 hours per month

• Professional Annual: Up to 25 hours per month

Unused hours reset monthly and do not roll over.

2. Booking Behavior

Members may not:

• Block excessive time without intent to shoot

• Repeatedly book and cancel sessions

• Hold prime-time slots (evenings/weekends) without active use

Patterns that restrict access for others may result in booking limits.

3. Peak-Hour Protections

Peak hours include:

• Weekdays after 4:00 PM

• Saturdays and Sundays

During high-demand periods:

• Priority is given to paid rentals, events, and scheduled programming

• Membership bookings may be adjusted or limited to preserve availability

4. Commercial & Client Use

• Professional Annual members may conduct paid client sessions

• Creator Annual members may not host paid sessions without prior approval

• All client activity must comply with studio rules and code of conduct

5. Specialty Sets & Equipment

• Specialty sets and equipment access are subject to availability

• Abuse, excessive wear, or unsafe use may result in restricted access

• Damage caused during member sessions may be billed separately

Prohibited Use

Memberships may not be used to:

• Sublease studio time

• Transfer access to non-members

• Circumvent standard rental or event pricing

• Host unauthorized events, workshops, or group shoots

Enforcement & Adjustments

If usage patterns exceed fair-use expectations, 360ism Studios may:

• Limit booking frequency

• Restrict peak-hour access

• Require scheduling approval

• Pause or terminate membership for repeated abuse

Membership termination due to fair-use violations does not entitle the member to a refund.

Final Note

Annual Memberships are a privilege—not a loophole.

Our goal is to support creators who respect the studio, the space, and each other. Members who operate in good faith will never encounter issues under this policy.
