These guidelines keep 360ism Studios a clean, safe, and professional space for every client. By booking, you agree to follow them.
Respect the Space
- Treat the studio, equipment, sets, and furnishings with care.
- Return lighting, modifiers, and props to their original positions.
- Clean up after your session and remove all trash and personal items.
Time & Access
- Arrive and depart within your booked window — setup and breakdown are part of your time.
- Additional time may be billed if you run over; ask in advance if you need more.
- Only registered guests and your approved team/models may be on site.
Safety
- No smoking, vaping, or open flames inside the studio.
- Keep cables, stands, and gear managed to prevent hazards.
- Children and pets must be supervised at all times.
Equipment & Damage
- Report any existing or accidental damage immediately.
- Clients are responsible for damage caused by themselves or their guests.
- Do not remove studio equipment from the premises without approval.
Content & Conduct
- Conduct yourself professionally and respectfully toward staff, models, and other guests.
- You are responsible for the content you create and any required releases or permissions.
